Evergreen Investments is making a bet that the firm's target audience is made up of fans of not only ESPN, but the USA Network.
The firm is planning to run ads for a new advertising campaign on those stations, as well as others. The campaign is designed to showcase the firm's performance record, according to a
release.
Evergreen will run the television ads beginning on Wednesday through the end of the year.
Evergreen is also planning a two-pronged print campaign designed to reach the retail market as well as the institutional and high-net worth markets.
The retail print campaign, dubbed "Stars Get You Noticed," highlights several top-performing Evergreen funds. The institutional campaign will emphasize Evergreen's "investment professional resources, research capabilities and proven track record."
Print ads will run in the Wall Street Journal, Institutional Investor, Pensions & Investments, and Registered Rep.
Evergreen used Winston-Salem, North Carolina-based Mullen for the advertising campaign.
