The Wall Street Journal's Ian Salisbury devotes today's Fund Track column to bearish ETFs. So far this year, Salisbury notes, the 25 best performers in the ETF community all have returns upwards of 19 percent, and they share the same goal: give investors returns that match the inverse of benchmarks such as the S&P 500. Among the strongest performers this year are two ProShares funds, the UltraShort Semiconductor ProShares ETF and UltraShort Financials ProShares ETF.
