Sebastian Mitchell, formerly on the product marketing team at Vanguard, has signed on as a product manager at Chicago, Illinois-based Morningstar, Inc., Jim Wironen, vice president of retirement sales, told the MFWire.com. He will serve as a product manager.

"Sebastian will be a part of our team that works directly with financial services clients. He will provide education and other services in the mutual fund area," Wironen reported. "We're delighted to have him with us."

Mitchell will report to Joanna McGinley, director of marketing. McGinley reports to Wironen.
