The
Business Men's Assurance Co. of America (BMA) has added six new funds to its
Clarity variable annuity product,
three each from
Fred Alger Management and
Fidelity Management & Research. With these additions, Clarity variable products now offer 23 different investment options across all asset classes, with a blend of brand name and institutional managers.
"We not only researched name brands for new options, but also sought to compliment the already outstanding selection available in our variable products portfolios," said
Michael Deardorff, BMA senior vice president of variable and fixed products. "We then looked for product managers with a distinct style of investing and a disciplined approach to investing."
The three funds from Alger:
Alger American Growth
Alger American Leveraged AllCap
Alger American MidCap
The three funds from Fidelity:
Fidelity VIP Contrafund
Fidelity VIP Growth
Fidelity VIP Overseas
