LPL Investment Holdings is
reportedly looking to raise up to
$515 million in its IPO. [
SEC filing]. The Boston-based firm is planning to price its shares between $27 to $30 each.
The news coming out of LPL attracted coverage from media outlets including
Reuters and
InvestmentNews.
The MFWire reported in June that LPL planned to go public with a slate of underwriters including
Goldman Sachs,
Morgan Stanley,
Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and
JP Morgan, and that its ticker will be LPLA
