Affiliated Managers Group's new distribution group has gone live. The entity, called Managers Investment Group (MIG), will consist of 30 sales people, headed by Bruce Arnow formerly of AMG-affiliate Rorer Asset Management.

Beth McGoldrick, spokeswoman for Managers, did not immediately return a call seeking comment. AMG announced the sales reorganization in August.

MIG, which already has offices in Chicago; Norwalk, Connecticut, and Philadelphia, is planning to open an office in San Francisco, and plans on having a total of 150 employees.

The firm is currently looking for an inside sales associate in Philadelphia and other production associates, according to job postings.
