Arthur K. Weise has joined Bank of New York Asset Management's small capitalization growth team as a senior portfolio manager, leaving Trainer Wortham, BoNY announced on Thursday.

Weise replaces Jeffrey W. Thibault, who is moving to Boston to work in another BoNY subsidiary, Gannett Welsh & Kotler. Thibault joins GWK's small capitalization core investment team.
