Sean P. Kelly just joined up with Eaton Vance. On Thursday the Boston-based fund firm confirmed that Eaton Vance Distributors president Matthew J. Witkos has chosen Kelly to lead distribution in the defined contribution and sub-advised channels. Kelly hails from Evergreen Investments, which he joined in September in a similar role.

A spokeswoman for Eaton Vance could not immediately be reached for comment on the move. Evergreen spokeswoma Lauren Sawyers told MFWire that her firm is "actively looking" for Kelly's successor.
