Dimensional Fund Advisors has named Sonya Park to the post of regional director, client service. She will be working specifically with institutional clients.

Park comes to Dimensional from Watson Pharmaceuticals where she served as associate director of corporate finance.

"In the current market environment, our institutional client business has continued to grow as a result of a renewed interest in our focused approach to asset class investing," stated David G. Booth, chairman and ceo. "Sonya will be a valuable member of our client service team since she is exceptionally adept at understanding and communicating our approach."
