Dennis W. Zank is taking the president's slot at of Raymond James. He replaces Thomas S. Franke, who announced his retirement from line reporting management after 12 years in the firm.

Zank, who joined Raymond James almost 24 years ago and currently serves the firm as executive vice president of operations and administration, will officially assume his new position October 1.

Following a transition period that will last through the end of September, Franke will continue to be active in other responsibilities at the firm.
