John Hancock has a winning bidder for its Boston property, according to the
Boston Globe. The buyer for Boston's tallest building will likely by
Beacon Capital Partners. The price for Beacon will pay for the property will likely reach up to $880 million.
The paper reports that Beacon and Hancock are now in exclusive talks to finalize a deal for the property. Negotiations are not expected to be complete for another 30 to 45 days. The deal will reportedly cover the Copley Square 60-story glass-walled tower, the 30-story Hancock tower and third 12-story building located nearby.
