Madison Mosaic to Close its Smid Fund to New Investors

Madison Mosaic is closing its Mosaic Small/Mid-Cap Fund to new accounts "and to the extent practicable new investments in existing accounts," according
to an SEC filing on Monday. The change will take effect February 16.
The fund has $1.7 million of assets, according to Morningstar.
