Tomorrow preconference sessions and a welcome reception and after party will kick things off for TD Ameritrade Institutional's National LINC 2017 ("Learn, Inspire, Network, Connect", #NationalLINC) conference, this time at San Diego's Manchester Grand Hyatt. Official conference sessions begin Thursday morning and wrap up Saturday morning.

Non-TD keynote speakers scheduled to take the main stage this week include: Lisa Bodell, CEO of futurethink; David Cameron, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom; Keren Elazari, former hacker; and Salim Ismail, chair and co-founder of ExO Works. The agenda also includes three TD keynotes: Derek Burleton, vice president and deputy chief economist of TD Bank Group; Tim Hockey, president and CEO of all of TD Ameritrade; and of course Nally himself, president of TD Ameritrade Institutional.

The big final party, on Friday night, will feature singer Sheryl Crow.

Big sponsors of LINC 2017 include: Aberdeen, Capital Group's American Funds, BlackRock, First Trust, Northern Trust's FlexShares, John Hancock, Invesco's PowerShares, T. Rowe Price, Tortoise, and Vanguard. The conference has 171 sponsors overall, plus tech companies connected to TD's Veo platform.

MFWire's own Sean Hanna, Katy Golvala, and Neil Anderson will be on site at the conference. Email editors@mfwire.com to set up a meeting!
