People Moves


As of today, Charles Ko will no longer serve as PM to the Invesco Low Volatility Equity Yield Fund, All Cap Market Neutral Fund, Global Market Neutral Fund, Long/Short Equity Fund, and the Low Volatility Emerging Markets Fund

In the wake of his retirement, Randle L. Smith will no longer serve as PM of the Virtus Duff & Phelps Global Infrastructure Fund, effective June 30.

Share Classes


Effective July 6, Class B shares of the Wells Fargo Allocation Funds will no longer be offered.

Effective July 13, the Fidelity Government Money Market Fund will replace Daily Money Class shares of Fidelity funds as an exchange privilege for Class M (formerly Class T) shareholders.

Fund Updates


Today, the Neuberger Berman Neuberger Berman Focus Fund updated its investment strategy to include an options risk.

The Board of Investors of the Voya Investment Trust approved the reorganization of its Merging Portfolio, which is the Diversified Mid Cap Portfolio (Class S2), into its Surviving Portfolio, the Voya MidCap Opportunities Portfolio (Class I), which is expected to be effective around or on July 14.

Fees


Today, Vanguard ETF Funds, including ETF shares of the Vanguard Developed Markets Index Fund, Vanguard Large-Cap Index Fund, Vanguard Short-Term Bond Index Fund, and the Vanguard Total Bond Market Index Fund. changed the total operating expenses charged by the funds.

Vanguard will impose a $10 wire fee on outgoing wire redemptions from non-retirement accounts, effective July 20. For retirement accounts, wire redemptions will be subject to this fee on September 13.

Liquidations


CCA Investment Trust is liquidating its CCA Core Return Fund, effective June 20.

Voya approved the liquidation of the Voya Diversified International Fund, effective August 11. However, the fund is closed to new investors today.
