Tuesday, November 15, 2005 Bisys Responds to Client Wins By Hiring BISYS Fund Services is staffing up to service newly landed clients. Fred Naddaff, president of the New York City back office shop said that the firm has hired several new executives and promoted Michele Samuels to oversee strategic product initiatives. Over the past 18 months, Bisys Fund Services says it has reeled in 20 new asset managers as clients. Samuels, a senior vice president for Product Development, will work closely with BISYS’ clients and business development group to support new product launches and deployment along with service opportunities. The firm also said it hired four additional executives, including Michael Klein as vice president, Tax Services; Bruce Rosenberg as vice president, Fund Accounting; Colleen Collins as director, Relationship Management; and Stefan Cooper as director, Regulatory Services. All of the new hires except Cooper are based in the firm's Columbus, Ohio office. Naddaff explained that all of the hires were "driven by a sustained period of new business wins and a solid pipeline of prospects."
