Monday, January 23, 2006 ReFlow Adds Three Board Members ReFlow Management is building a deeper bench in its board room. The San Francisco-based firm has added three new faces on its board of directors. Wayne Wagner, co-founder of the Plexus Group, is a principal at consulting group OM/NI. He was previously chief investment officer at Wilshire Associates, of which he was a founding partner. Philip DeFeo is chairman and chief executive of California-based Pacific Exchange. He earlier served as president and chief executive of Van Eck Associates Corp. William Prezant, a senior partner in the law firm Prezant and Mollath, practices law in California and Nevada and has represented financial companies. Earlier, he was a partner at the San Francisco-based law firm Pettit & Martin. The appointment of the three brings the total number of board members to 10.
