Tuesday, April 4, 2006 American Century Completes Mason Street Funds Acquisition American Century Investments has completed the purchase and reorganization of 10 mutual funds purchased from Northwestern Mutual in a deal announced last December. The Kansas City fund company announced Monday that it has completed the sale, through which it acquired 10 of Mason Street's 11 funds. American Century now offers a total of 25 load funds.
