Friday, June 2, 2006 MassMutual Legal Eagle Flies to Hancock John Hancock Funds has named a new vice president and counsel. Thomas Kinzler will oversee the legal team servicing the John Hancock mutual funds and their boards, after leaving behind MassMutual Life Insurance, where he oversaw a legal staff of ten. Kinzler officially joined Hancock on May 22, and reports to John Danello, vice president and chief counsel for the U.S. wealth management group of John Hancock Financial Services, said a press release issued Thursday.
