It's off to Florida for AMVESCAP PLC vice chairman, Robert H. Graham. Today it was annouced that he will retire from the company. Graham was one of the co-founders of AIM Investments in 1976, which merged with INVESCO in 1997 to form AMVESCAP. He has served as a director of AMVESCAP since 1997. AMVESCAP PLC (NYSE:AVZ - News; LSE:AVZ - News; TSX:AVZ - News) today announced that Robert H. Graham has decided to step down as vice chairman of the Board of Directors and retire from the company.

He has served as a member of the Board of Governors and the Executive Committee of the Investment Company Institute and currently serves as chairman of ICI Mutual Insurance Company.
