Thursday, May 31, 2007 ICI Finds April Showers Don't Dampen Fund Flows Investors pledged their allegiance to mutual funds in the month of April, albeit not to American funds. Reuters reports that according to ICI research, in April investors put $18.3 billion into stock funds compared with $8.1 billion in March. Only $1.7 billion of that number went into U.S stock funds, the rest, some $16.6 billion, went into world equity funds that invest mostly overseas.
