Thursday, June 14, 2007 Judge Grants Class Action Status to Fee Suit A judge granted class action to a fee lawsuit against Wells Fargo earlier this month. In the case of Siemers v. Wells Fargo, judge William Alsup found sufficient evidence for granting class action status under section 10(b) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.
