Munder Makes a Move with Two New Funds

Munder Capital Management is making good use of the portfolio team it lifted out from The Boston Company last month. The company has just launched two new funds, the Munder International Fund and the Munder International Small-Mid Cap Fund.

Munder Capital Management, a leading Midwest-based money management firm and investment advisor to The Munder Funds, announced today the launch of two equity mutual funds, the Munder International Fund - Core Equity and Munder International Small-Mid Cap Fund.

The Munder International Fund - Core Equity seeks to invest at least 80% of its assets in companies represented in the Morgan Stanley Capital International Europe, Australasia, Far East (MSCI EAFE) Index and Canada. Its portfolio management team is led by Remi J. Browne, Managing Director of Munder Capital's international equity team.

The Munder International Small-Mid Cap Fund invests principally in securities represented in the S&P®/Citigroup EMI World Ex-U.S. Index, which is comprised of companies representing the lowest 20% of each country’s total available market capitalization. Daniel B. LeVan, Director of International Small-Cap Equity at Munder Capital, is the portfolio's lead manager.

Additional information about the Munder International Fund - Core Equity and Munder International Small-Mid Cap Fund is available by contacting the Munder Funds at 1-888-MUNDER-1 (1-888-686-3371).

RISKS: Investments in foreign securities involve additional risks due to currency fluctuations, economic and political conditions, and differences in financial reporting standards. Smaller and medium-sized company stocks are more volatile and less liquid than larger more established company securities.

The S&P®/Citigroup Extended Market Index (EMI) World ex-U.S. Index consists of the bottom 20% (based on market capitalization) of the non-U.S. stocks in the S&P®/Citigroup Broad Market Index. The S&P®/Citigroup Broad Market Index covers 26 developed world countries. It includes all listed shares of companies with available market capitalization of at least the local equivalent of U.S. $100 million. The Morgan Stanley Capital International Europe, Australasia, Far East (MSCI EAFE) Index (net dividends) is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index that is designed to measure equity market performance of developed markets, excluding the U.S. and Canada. With net dividends, dividends are reinvested after the deduction of withholding tax applicable to foreign investors.
