The trial for three former Janus employees charged with allowing a brokerage firm to make excessive trades at the expense of long-term investors, began this Tuesday. The Rocky Mountain News reports that Warren Lammert, Lars Soderberg and Lance Newcomb are accused of allowing brokerage firm Trautman Wasserman along with others to engage in excessive trading.
