Thursday, November 15, 2007 SEC Votes In Favor of Disclosure Proposal SEC Commissioner Chris Cox got his unanimity back this morning when he and his fellow commissioners vote 4-0 in favor of the mutual fund disclosure proposal. Reuters reports the proposal will require fund companies to provide investors with a summary prospectus that contains all pertinent information and is written in plain English.
