PowerShares Plans Three ETF of ETFs
PowerShares Capital Management plans to come out with three ETFs that will hold other PowerShares ETFs, The Wall Street Journal reported over the weekend. The new offerings will come with an extra charge of 25 basis points on top of the expenses of the underlying ETFs. The extra fee will help pay Boston investment advisory firm New Frontier Advisors, which crafted the method by which the new funds will be picking ETFs.
