Monday, February 25, 2008 Lateef Names CEO Lateef Investment Management, the Greenbrae, California-based firm which recently rolled out its debut mutual fund, named longtime owners Ryan Willson as CEO and Justus Leachman as COO and CFO. The firm also formed an executive committee made up of Willson, Leachman and founder K.A. Lateef. Lateef said that historically, a small number of owners ran the firm by consensus. "But as we have grown and added new owners we felt it was prudent to create a formal executive committee," Lateef said. The firm also manages separate accounts.
