Ex-Morningstar Exec Joins Janus Board

Tim Armour, who was a key figure in Morningstar's transformation from a startup to a public company, has joined the board of directors at Janus, according to an SEC Filing.

Armour, 59, retired from Morningstar on February 29.

Two other new faces on Janus' board are Jeffrey Diermeier, president and CEO of the CFA Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia since 2005, and Lawrence Kochard, chief investment officer for Georgetown University.
