Janus wants to up its executive compensation, but they'll still make less than A-Rod. In a filing with the SEC, dated March 26, 2008, the company asked shareholders to approve a new compensation plan that would raise the maximum amount payable to any executive from $15 million to $25 million.

Janus also put in a clause for added performance criteria for executives including: earnings, EBITDA, improvements in productivity and objective operating goals.
