Friday, April 4, 2008 Ex-Schwab Institutional Prez Resurfaces Deb McWhinney has resurfaced almost a year after leaving Charles Schwab. Investment News reports that McWhinney, who retired as president of Schwab Institutional last May, will head up the Missoula, Montana-based Dennis & Phyllis Washington Foundation. The foundation doles out scholarships to underprivileged people in Montana. McWhinney also expects to take a position in management at another Montana company, Washington Cos.
