Monday, April 28, 2008 MLIM's U.K. Funds Officially Given the BlackRock Name The biggest fund family of the 80's is no more, at least in the U.K. CityWire reports that Merrill Lynch International Investment Funds will now officially be known as BlackRock Global Funds. The re-branding was implemented ahead of the scheduled transition deadline put in place when BlackRock bought MLIM's funds in 2006.
