Wednesday, October 15, 2008 Reserve Moves Make Fund Track Tuesday's announcement by The Reserve that it would not be able to meet a self imposed deadline for returning money to investors in its Primary Fund gets coverage in Wednesday's WSJ Fund Track penned by Daisey Maxey. Also covered in Wednesday's Fund Track is a suit filed October 6 by two shareholders in the Reserve's International Liquidity Fund. The action by Caxton International Ltd. and Caxton Equity Growth Holdings LP, has temporarily frozen redemptions from that fund. Caxon asks that a receiver be appointed to perform accounting on fund's daily NAV from September 12 through the present.
