Wednesday, January 21, 2009 Fidelity Inks Lease for Miami Space Fidelity has signed a lease for 14,000 square feet of space in Miami's financial district, Miami Today reports. The Boston Behemoth hopes to start occupying the 24th floor space at 701 Brickell Avenue in May. Fidelity will share the building with other financial institutions including two Spanish banks, a Swiss bank and anchor tenant Bank of America.
