Thursday, March 5, 2009 One Fixed Income Fund Draws Two More Suits to OppFunds The Oppenheimer Champion Income Fund's woes continue to attract angry legal attention. On Wednesday Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll and Labaton Sucharow both unveiled lawsuits against OppenheimerFunds over the fund, lawsuits that look very similar to a suit filed last month by Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins (see MFWire, 2/13/2009).
