Gary Black Received $7.9 Million in 2008


Janus CEO Gary Black received $7.9 million in compensation last year, the Associated Press reports. That's 10 percent lower than what he got in 2007.

Black's base salary last year was $800,000, unchanged from 2007.

In 2008, Janus earned $138.4 million from continuing operations, down from $192 million in 2007.
