Bruce Speca's influence extends beyond American shores. As executive vice president of investment management services (IMS) for John Hancock Financial, the Pioneer Investments and New England Funds alum is in charge of Manulife/John Hancock's investment platforms in the U.S., Canada and Asia. The portfolios that IMS oversees have nearly $150 billion in assets and are managed by some of the biggest asset managers in the world.

Earlier, he was president and CEO of New England Funds, which later changed its name to Nvest Funds, now known as Natixis Funds.
