Franklin Templeton and MFS Investment Management have landed spots on Pershing's FundVest platform. The no-transaction-fee platform carries a total of over 3,000 funds from more than 200 companies.

Over the past year, more than 30 mutual funds have been added to the platform, including Neuberger Berman, Hartford Mutual Funds and T. Rowe Price.
