A Boston Fund Firm Names its New President

MFS has tapped 13-year company veteran Michael Roberge as its new president effective January 1. He takes the title from Rob Manning, who continues as CEO and CIO. Roberge will report to Manning.

Roberge will continue to oversee the team managing the analyst-run MFS Research Bond Fund. He is also part of the team that runs the MFS Total Return Portfolios.

Roberge joined MFS in 1994 in the fixed income department.
