HSBC Asset Management Has New Americas Chief


HSBC Asset Management has named John Myers chief executive officer for the Americas. He joined the company earlier this month from Transamerica Life Companies, where, as senior vice president, he directed all new business development activities for bank and broker/dealer channels. Prior to that, Meyers held the position of president and chief executive officer at BA Investment Services, a subsidiary of Bank of America.
