The Transamerica Premier Small Company Fund will now be called the Transamerica Premier Growth Opportunities Fund; it is managed by Christopher J. Bonavico and Kenneth F. Broad. The Transamerica Premier Value Fund will be called the Transamerica Premier Core Equity Fund; it is managed by Daniel J. Prislin and Gary Rollé. The management of these funds has not changed.
