The mutual funds which the firm will pay for must meet the following requirements: no-load, US-based open end equity fund not yet listed on the site, with minimum investment of $25,000 or less.

The first email MAXfunds.com receives for a fund meeting these requirements will receive $50 if the fund has a NASDAQ symbol and $75 if the fund does not have a NASDAQ symbol.
