Monday, April 17, 2000 New Chief Market Strategist at Key Richard Nash has been named chief market strategist for Key Asset Management. He replaces Charles Crane. Nash will report to Anthony Aveni, who is the cio at Key. Nash formerly served as first vice president and director of the Portfolio Strategies Group at McDonald Investments, the investment banking division of KeyCorp. In his new role, Nash will be charged with developing and communicating Key's strategies and philosophies in all areas of its investment activities. He will target those communications to clients, potential clients, and broker/dealers. Meanwhile, Crane will return to his former post as a portfolio manager/analyst at Spears Benzak Salomon & Farrell, another unit at Key.
