AXA Unit Taps BISYS

AXA Rosenberg has not only renewed its contract with BISYS , but has now asked the firm to provide institutional distribution.

Before being acquired by AXA, the Barr Rosenberg Mutual Funds used BISYS for a comprehensive array of back-office services. With plans to rapidly grow its mutual fund business, it is no surprise that the new entity has expanded BISYS' contract.

Many companies have turned to outsourcing both to provide operational efficiency and reduce distraction from core functions and to facilitate quick entry into new marketplaces.

"Our sophisticated product line is anything but ordinary and BISYS has facilitated our success," said Dick Saalfeld, president of AXA Rosenberg Mutual Funds. "Our relationship with BISYS enables us to concentrate on managing these unique portfolios for our clients, confident that the technical, accounting, and customer care responsibilities are being carried out by a trusted partner."
