Neuberger Berman has completed the asset acquisition of Fasciano, the investment advisor for the small-cap blend style Fasciano Fund. At closing the Fasciano Fund has $186 million in assets, but has been reincarnated as the Neuberger Berman Fasciano Fund, advised by Michael Fasciano at Neuberger Berman's Chicago office. Bankruptcy-embroiled Bridge Information Systems has accepted a bid from SunGard to buy the Bridge information busineess, the EJV bond data and analytics business, and the BridgeNews LiveWire Company News service, the Bridge Trading Company brokerage business, and the eBRIDGE Internet software.
