New York Life Moves Pension

Despite having a part of the case against it dismissed, New York Life has withdrawn all of its pension assets out of its own family of mutual funds. The firm was sued by a former employee for failing to live up to its fiduciary responsibilities and for violations of RICO statutes. An attorney for the plaintiff has stated that New York Life's move was an admission of guilt.
