Sincere Taps TIAA-CREF

Sincere & Company has hired Karen Autorino, previously at TIAA-CREF. At her former position, Autorino handled relations with advisors. She will perform a similar role at Sincere, which markets investment products to advisors.

"She was one of our outreach people to the fee-based financial advisory community," said TIAA-CREF spokesperson Pat Connor.

"Karen's got 17 years at TIAA-CREF, a very seasoned executive, probably one of the best names in the industry for advisors," said Richard Sincere, president of the eponymous firm. "She's decided to come on board and help with the entire business."

Sincere explained that the new hire will allow him to work on product developments, although he was reluctant to part with details.

"I'm going to spend my time on new product initiations," he said.
