The new fund will be the Nicholas Focus Fund and follow a growth mandate. Peter Miklos comes from Bank of America as managing director of investment client management, former-Wellington Management exec Elizabeth Barrett is a new director of consultant relations, Joseph Karpinski, joins the firm from formerly of Ernst & Young as director of regional sales. * * * Delaware Investments has opened its new Small Cap Growth Fund. The fund is intended to complement the $1 billion Delaware Trend Fund. Gerald S.
