There have been rumors that the firm would sell out to Citigroup since the summer. * * * According to Crains New York, two Wall Street firms -- Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs -- are moving some of their Manhattan operations to nearby suburbs. Morgan Stanley is relocating to Jersey City, while Sachs is settling in in Westchester.
