An Executive Recruiter Switches Firms

Amy de Rham, most recently head of the asset and wealth management practice for North America at executive recruiting firm Korn/Ferry International, is now with FPL Advisory Group. De Rham started FPL Advisory's Boston office at the beginning of this year and serves as managing director and national practice leader for asset and wealth management.

"We have a specialized focus that allows us to serve our clients well on a global platform," de Rham told The MFWire. She also noted the other services the firm offers, such as management consulting and compensation services.

An alum of MFS Investment Management, de Rham worked as an equity analyst and then a portfolio manager at the Boston fund firm. She later joined Banc of America Securities and went on to a career in executive recruiting.

De Rham spent nearly three years at Korn/Ferry. She left the firm in early December.
