TD Ameritrade Moves to Appoint a New Fund Supermarket Chief

TD Ameritrade is moving to fill the role vacated by Sandy Motusesky, who ran its mutual fund supermarket before moving to Pershing last week.

"We are in the process of filling that role," a TD spokesperson told The MFWire.

As of December, TD's platform carried 14,600 funds and 5,600 NTF funds on the RIA side and 14,000 funds and 1,500 NTF funds on the retail side.

Motusesky left her post as director of mutual funds and ETFs at TD Ameritrade and joined Pershing Monday last week as director of mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives and insurance.
