A shareholder vote will be held on June 10. Should the proposal be approved, Janus would charge a fixed expense ratio of 64 basis points per fund, plus an additional fee of up to 15 bps depending on performance over a 36 month period, according to the filings.

Janus currently has performances fees on 14 funds out of more than 100.
